Registration for an appointment

  • Patients can register for an appointment with their family doctor and specialists in advance at InMedica reception, by telephone or online.
  • When registering by telephone for an appointment with a doctor, patients have to indicate their name and date of birth to the Receptionist. Patients must memorize or write down the date and time of appointment and the number of the doctor’s office as indicated by the Receptionist.
  • Patients are accepted by the doctor only at the relevant time booked for this appointment. If the patient fails to arrive for the appointment with a doctor on time, his reception is not guaranteed.
  • Persons unable to arrive at the specified time have to inform the Receptionist by telephone or cancel the online registration on the clinic’s website no later than by 5 PM of one business day before the registered appointment.

Patients are referred to the secondary level specialists upon the decision of the primary health care practitioners. All the necessary investigative and therapeutic actions are carried out under the competence of a medical practitioner and written advices are submitted to the referring physician. Referring to doctors: a psychiatrist, a psychologist, a dentist – referral from a family doctor is not necessary.

Requests for home visits are accepted by the clinic’s telephone or at the reception on business days from 8 AM to 1 PM.

Emergency medical aid is provided immediately when a patient and/or another person’s life is at risk due to acute clinical conditions, or failure to provide such assistance in time will cause serious complications for patients. Doctor’s referral is not required.
